Plugging it in
One request creates a payment; the answer has the link to the payment page. The API overview is in the developer section, the full spec comes with the sandbox.

When is the money on my account?
The payout schedule is in your contract before you start; the manager names it on the first call.
Do I need my own payment page?
No. The page is ours, with your name and the amount on it. How it looks is discussed when you connect.
Can I test it first?
Yes. A sandbox with test cards, before you sign anything.
How do refunds work?
From the dashboard or through the API; the money goes back to the customer's card.
What if a customer disputes a payment?
Chargebacks are ours. You send the order papers, we do the rest.
